This was orginally started in Artworks, and coloured on a friend's Acorn as I didn't have a colour monitor at the time.

Luckily, I had a title on the original file, or I would never have been able to remember the exact make of rifle. It could still be wrong for all I know :)

I had originally hoped to use this in El Paso, our Wild West role-playing game, but space restrictions meant that we had to lose all non-essential artwork (I think a map of the States made it in, but nothing else). I finished three western guns before I knew there would be no point continuing. The set were almost sold to one of the Acorn mags as part of a Western vector art article, but Dunblane happened and the editors were loathe to have anything gun-related in the article as the main demographic for the magazine was students and teachers.
